The good news is there many ways that neck and back pain can be treated at W1 Physiotherapy.   • Our expert services for sufferers of COPD include diagnosis by Spirometry followed by treatment to reduce the built-up excess of phlegm and mucus. Our COPD specialised experts at W1 Physio will give you advice about your condition and design a course of exercises and relaxation techniques to help improve your symptoms. Our aim is to provide you with a successful self-management programme which you can complete in the comfort of your own home.
    COPD diagnosis and management

    Cardio-respiratory physiotherapy is a crucial part of the management of many acute and chronic cardio- respiratory conditions.

    It can help our patients to treat various complaints such as ways to clear sputum more easily or how to manage shortness of breath and asthma.
    We are one of the few UK based clinics we also provide a unique service treating Cardio- respiratory conditions.
